Ticket Sync

TicketSync is simple private thread based ticket management bot that allows your server members to get in contact with your server support staff privately.

Commands

Command	Description
/info	Displays the bot information message
/help	Displays this list of commands in Discord
/send-ticket-embed	Sends the ticket creation embed message to the channel provided
/view-support-roles	Displays a list of current support roles that are added to all tickets when they are created
/add-support-role	Adds a new support role for helping with tickets
/remove-support-role	Removes a role from from being added to new tickets
/set-welcome-message	Premium - sets the message sent in new tickets to the message provided
/reset-welcome-message	Premium - resets the message in the tickets to the default welcome message
/preview-welcome-message	Premium - displays the current welcome message that is send in new tickets
/activate-premium	Activates the premium subscription perks
